A Colorado Springs businessman was recently arrested by police on suspicion of his possible involvement in soliciting customers for prostitutes and human trafficking. The 76-year-old man owns and operates a spa in Colorado Springs. His arrest was the result of a lengthy investigation by federal and local law enforcement officials.
The man’s arrest followed the recent arrests of three women who also face criminal charges related to human trafficking. Additionally, the women have been accused of money laundering and for partaking in pimping activities. Police allege the 76-year-old man played a role in the prostitution and human trafficking activities and financially profited by allowing and encouraging the solicitation of prostitutes at his place of business.
