Everyday somebody, somewhere is accused of committing a crime. The crimes range from petty theft and vandalism to more serious charges such as an assault or a sex crime. Not everyone who is accused of a crime is found to be guilty. Police, however, seem convinced that one man that they are looking for in Colorado did commit the crime for which he is accused.

The police have announced that they are still seeking information about a man that is accused of assaulting an elderly woman in her home several months ago. The woman has reported that the man broke into her home, knocked her to the floor and sexually attacked her. The man is alleged to have also used the victim’s own gun to threaten her when demanding money.

The man is then alleged to have the left the home and is supposedly seen on a video security tape from a local store in the company of a friend. The friend is alleged to have reported to police that he had taken his friend to the woman’s home earlier that same evening. The friend has denied having knowledge of the man’s suspected intentions.

While police are still trying to locate the man who is accused of committing this alleged sex crime and robbery, they are asking for the public to help them. When this man is found or possibly voluntarily approaches the police about this matter, he may benefit from having help from knowledgeable professionals. Colorado has made provisions in its laws that would enable this man to seek information that may be of use to him while he tries to find the best possible resolution for the charges that he may be facing.
